In this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Sibenco Pty Ltd ABN 89 157 816 585 (Sibenco).

This Privacy Policy incorporates the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).  By using the Sibenco Website, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.  This Privacy Policy applies to the Sibenco Website only and does not apply to other websites to which we link.

Sibenco collects personal information you tell us about yourself and information about your use of the Sibenco Website (including via cookies). We may also collect personal information about you from publicly available sources, or in some cases, from third parties.

However, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded due to the operation of statute, Sibenco excludes all liability (including in negligence) for the consequences of any unauthorised access to your personal information.
